Decisions made at Online GmbH

The management of Online GmbH has decided to implement more specific criteria regarding the selection of business partners. The background of this decision is the corporate policy and the planned transition of MVP@work Team to an autonomous MVP@work business unit.

From current and future partners, with whom the Online GmbH has already conducted success-rewarded business, will those be selected which follows the service quality level and development framework and also fit into procedures, organisational structures and conventions which constitute the way and philosophy of MVP@work in order to present MVP@work at its best and to generate profitable business.

For this reason the Online GmbH will supply infrastructure and resources with costs for a certain period of time. This service does also include the use of the MVP@work logo.

These benefiting possibilities will be available to any future business partner from that time forward when an independent MVP@work company will go into business. Regardless of the already described qualifying period, the existing and future collaboration with numerous business partners as MVP@work Team will remain a division of Online GmbH.

The management of the Online GmbH assumes that those who have already invested in a partnership in the past will continue to collaborate with MVP@work to boost their range of opportunities for their success. Furthermore the option to acquire an adequate share is a very tempting bonus.
